Okay, I just got on the scale and ............ 233.6 lbs, a loss of 1.6 lbs

Well, not exactly what I was hoping for, but hey its still a loss and its over a pound. We went to New Braunfels this past week and I really did good for the most part. There was a night it rained and we were unable to grill as we planned so we had to make alternate arrangements and go out to eat. I ate the least bad thing for me, but it still wasn't great.

Even with a small weight loss this week my total loss so far is 16.40 lbs. I will definitely take that. I have been drinking more water and I am continuing to try to drink more and more. Hopefully next week I will have a better number to put up there.

Just weighed in and......235.2

Thats a loss of 2.2 pounds. Sorry don't have time to post a lot, leaving for New Braunfels. But I have packed healthy and excited about the trip!!

Oh my goodness, I have been trying to figure out a way to get started on an work out program and not knowing where to begin. I want to do a triathlon next June and I know I need to start training for it. Well, trying to work in a workout with everything we have going is a task in itself. We are doing a lot of decluttering, reorganizing, redecorating and remodeling on the house. Of course it is a slow and long process but we are steadily making progress a little at a time. Oh my goodnight, I think I am getting a workout today. Who knew painting a room would be a workout in itself. I had not eaten breakfast before I started the painting and when I realized how strenuous it was I decided I better eat something to give me energy. So I made me some breakfast tacos, weight watchers, style. Its funny how you expect "diet" meals to taste like CRAP, but the way I am able to cook on weight watchers, they don't. That is why I love the program so much. I can eat whatever I want as long as I stay in my point range. I just alter the way I make things. Take my tacos for example. Southwest style egg beaters, no fat sour cream (very little), corn tortillas, low fat cheese, and salsa. WHALA!! Breakfast tacos, 5 points. Cool huh. Well, off to my workout, I mean painting. Just weighed in and my new weight is.....237.4!!!

I am really surprised, I expected a loss under a pound or no loss at all. But WOW 3.1 pounds, I will take that. Thanks again to all of you who have been supporting me here and on Facebook. I am getting there, just 1 or should I say 3.1 pounds at a time. HEhehehahahehe!! Today is Jacobs birthday and we are going to Hooters, but I will adjust today to stay on track.

Well, its Friday and I am still at home by myself. Gary is in Dallas visiting his mom. It is a good get away and if I could have gone with him I would have, but I have to work. He will be home tomorrow night and I am so excited. Its funny, I have no one here to see what I am eating, but I have not even had a temptation to cheat. I have been sticking to the weight watchers program. I think the thing I am struggling with the most is drinking more water. I have been trying to and for some reason I just can't get into it. The last time I did the program it was not a problem at all, I don't know why I am having such a problem this time. I am drinking more than I have in the past, but it is not like I should be. I also know that will help the weight loss, I just cant get into drinking it. I just going to keep pushing through and make myself drink more.

Well I just weighed in and I am now at....240.5

Good Morning!!! I can't believe I am up this early. I lost 9.5 pounds this week. I know this is not typical and it is only this much because it is my first week. I also know that I will start to average off to about 2-3 pounds per week, but I will take this!!!! WhEEEwwwW WHHHOoooOOO!!!

Happy 4th of July to everyone. I had to work tonight, BLAH!!!! But I did not fall off the wagon. I ate well and didn't cheat. Hope everyone had a great holiday and remember I will be weighing in on Monday and I will posted my updated weight. See yall soon!!

I want to thank everyone for all your support. I have heard from so many of you and it is very encouraging to have the support I have. This week has had a few stressers thrown in and normally I would turn to finding something to eat even if I wasn't hungry. I am really watching what I am eating and logging everything on my weightwatchers site. So far no slip ups. Reading all the post and both here, facebook, and my email, not to mention the phone calls have really helped. Thank you again. Until next time.....
